من نحن
تشغّل شركة Nano Systems (مصر) منصة TruWork، وهي نظام لإدارة أعمال الشركات يشمل الموارد البشرية والمحاسبة وإدارة المشاريع وبرامج TruFlow. تشرح هذه السياسة البيانات التي نجمعها ونستخدمها، بما في ذلك عند التواصل معنا عبر واتساب.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني واسم المستخدم والصلاحيات للمستخدمين الذين تمنحهم شركتهم حسابًا في TruWork.
- بيانات العمل: ما تدخله الشركة العميلة في النظام (مثل المشاريع والمهام والمستندات والسجلات المالية أو الوظيفية). هذه البيانات ملك للشركة العميلة ونعالجها نيابةً عنها.
- بيانات واتساب: رقم الهاتف الذي يربطه المستخدم بحسابه، ونص الرسائل الواردة والصادرة، وأوقات الإرسال وحالة التسليم، ورموز الربط المؤقتة.
- بيانات تقنية: سجلات الدخول والأخطاء وعناوين IP اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- تقديم خدمات TruWork وتشغيلها وتأمينها.
- إرسال إشعارات البرامج والمشاريع التي يتابعها المستخدم عبر واتساب، وتنفيذ الأوامر التي يرسلها والرد على أسئلته. أي أمر يغيّر بيانات يحتاج تأكيدًا صريحًا ويُنفّذ بصلاحيات المستخدم نفسها في التطبيق.
- قد تُعالَج بعض الرسائل النصية بأدوات ذكاء اصطناعي لإعداد الرد، وذلك ضمن صلاحيات المستخدم فقط.
- لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.
مع من نشارك البيانات
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): تمر رسائل واتساب عبر خوادم Meta وفق سياسات واتساب للأعمال.
- مزوّدو الاستضافة والبنية التحتية الذين نستخدمهم لتشغيل الخدمة، بالقدر اللازم فقط.
- الجهات الرسمية إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال فترة استخدام الشركة العميلة للخدمة. عند فك ربط رقم واتساب يتوقف إرسال الرسائل إليه. يمكن طلب حذف البيانات في أي وقت، وتُحذف أيضًا بعد انتهاء التعاقد ما لم يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بها.
حقوقك
وفق قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري رقم 151 لسنة 2020، يحق لك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها، أو الاعتراض على معالجتها. ويمكنك إيقاف رسائل واتساب في أي وقت بإرسال «إيقاف» أو بفك ربط رقمك من التطبيق.
الحماية
نستخدم اتصالات مشفرة (HTTPS)، وتُخزَّن بيانات الاعتماد الحساسة مشفّرة، ويقتصر الوصول على الأشخاص المخوّلين.

Who we are
Nano Systems (Egypt) operates TruWork, a business management platform covering HR, accounting, project management and TruFlow programs. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including when you interact with us on WhatsApp.
Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, username and permissions of users given a TruWork account by their company.
- Business data: what the customer company enters into the system (projects, tasks, documents, financial or HR records). This data belongs to the customer company and we process it on its behalf.
- WhatsApp data: the phone number a user links to their account, the text of incoming and outgoing messages, send times and delivery status, and temporary linking codes.
- Technical data: login and error logs and IP addresses needed to run and protect the service.
How we use data
- To provide, operate and secure TruWork.
- To send WhatsApp notifications about programs and projects a user follows, and to carry out commands and answer questions the user sends. Any command that changes data requires explicit confirmation and runs with the same permissions the user has in the app.
- Some text messages may be processed by AI tools to prepare a reply, strictly within the user's permissions.
- We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.
Who we share data with
- Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform): WhatsApp messages pass through Meta's servers under the WhatsApp Business Policy.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers we use to run the service, only to the extent necessary.
- Public authorities where the law requires it.
Retention
We keep data for as long as the customer company uses the service. When a WhatsApp number is unlinked, messages to it stop. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time, and it is also deleted after the contract ends unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights
Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law No. 151 of 2020 you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your data, or object to its processing. You can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by sending "STOP" or unlinking your number in the app.
Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), sensitive credentials are stored encrypted, and access is limited to authorised people.
